In times of globalisation, human interactions increasingly transcend national borders. Cooperation among states has therefore become an essential element of daily life. This is true for economic cooperation between businesses in key global markets as well as for political cooperation in fields such as education and research. Consequently, “International Cooperation” on legal issues is also indispensable.

Rule of Law Development

Rule of law is a guarantor of social peace, personal freedom and successful economic development. We therefore assist many transition countries and emerging countries in establishing structures consistent with the Rule of Law.
